As stated in our terms and conditions we would like to remind guests to purchase your own Holiday Insurance as there is no Insurance included in the price. If you have an outstanding balance - We would ask that guests pay the remaining balance of their Holiday on the due date, if you have any problems in making the payment we can in most circumstances give you 2 weeks longer to pay.
Holidays with overdue balances will unfortunately be cancelled and you will forfeit the deposit - this can however be transfered to another date in Should you decide that you no longer wish to go on holiday and cancel your booking, then our normal cancellation policy will apply.
